Chef and owner, Everton Cameron, a Jamaican native, has been professionally cooking for the past 18 years.

Everton knows that Jamaican cuisine includes various dishes from the different cultures brought to the island - like the indigenous people, Spanish, British, Africans, Indian, and Chinese who have inhabited the island. Jamaican food is distinctively known for its flavors and spices.



High Grade is most known for its food truck that frequents the local area as well as its catering services.
