I have found my home away from home!!! Highly recommended by a co-worker I started this journey back in February and have continued to return ever since. The first class almost made me pass out but there was something that night that motivated me to come back for more. The instructors and class mates keep you motivated to be the best version of yourself. I lost 50lbs about two years ago but still did not feel "fit". Since joining IloveKickboxing in Richardson I have not lost any more weight; however, I can feel the difference in my body shape. I have lost inches off my waist, feel my legs, thighs, and butt firming up and have so much more energy than before. Each class is a challenge on its own and never a routine. It is truly a full body workout and never focused on one specific area so get ready to be sore after each and every class. The instructors are amazing!!! They do not let you give up on yourself and keep you motivated to be the best version of yourself. As a mom of three amazing boys who all play sports and a full time career i was looking for something to find for myself and IloveKickboxing in Richardson has given me just that. I was looking for cardio Kickboxing classes and then found a coupon for 5 classes in iLoveKickboxing Richardson. It took me exactly 10 minutes to understand that is what I need. The instructors are very professional and guide you with tips during the class (whether it is technique, health or dietary habbits). The classes are never boring and the main thing is I feel dead but satisfied in the end. The facilities are very clean.

ILKB Richardson is like no other studio. Here, you will work hard, you will be encouraged by peers, you will be taught by the instructors, you will see changes and having fun doing it. At the beginning you do second guess yourself as to why you're there and why you're doing all that work. It doesn't take long to see changes in your body. Clothes fitting looser, complements from family and friends. You do become a 'fit-fam' who shares experiences, nutritional tips and and support for each other. On DJ nights, you're still working out and having fun listening to live music. It's a great workout, you go at your own pace and anywhere from teenagers on up. You will love it and will want to keep coming back. ❤

A wonderful gym full of wonderful and supportive people. The instructors are always so encouraging and they make each class unique and challenging, but always fun. The classes are a great full body workout that provide great results as long as you stick to it. I was nervous going in for my first class, but now I just wonder why I waited so long to join. This class is NO JOKE! It pushes me to my max every time which is absolutely awesome! I used to workout with CampGladiator, which is also very good, but kickboxing in my opinion is a lot more fun, you get a fantastic workout but you also get to punch and kick the bag like a freaking badass that you never thought you were! I also love that the instructors are very attentive to you, if you have the wrong form they will correct you and show you how to do it right. They also give you health tips in class and they very often have some challenge and prizes going on, which is so great! I'm hooked, went the first time and decided that's my place for the next year!

I joined IKLB Richardson and have been really impressed with the structure of the class. The instructors push you to get better and not give up. Its quite intense with a regular 1hr boot camp packed in the first 15mins "warm up". The flexibility of the schedule gives you a lot of options to get the work-out done. At the end of the class you are really exhausted but extremely pumped :)

I love I Love Kickboxing! I have been coming for a month now and am addicted to it. My friend recommended it to me, and I'm so glad I took her advice. I bought the three classes and gloves for $19.99 special. I feel motivated to work hard and push myself in class. The instructors are awesome -- motivating, positive, and kind. The gym also has a great community of friendly people who really welcomed me. I used to run for exercise and I hated every minute of it. I would think of any and every excuse to not run, especially in the Texas summer heat. But I am now finding that I can't wait until my next ILK class. I've been planning out my social schedule for the week around classes. I'm starting to see improvements in my technique and my figure. First day of class, I was hooked and knew this was a place for me. I hated to work out and go to the gym. This is not a gym, but a fun filled class with intense workout. Every instructor has their own touch to each class. They focus on proper technique and are always there to monitor. As you walk in the door, I am always welcomed with a smile and leave with a positive attitude. Not only have I lost weight, but made new friends. I got into ILKB using a groupon for free gloves and five classes in January - yep, the old hat 'I'm going to lose weight' new year's resolution. Never thought I'd stick to it. But ILKB is intense, supportive and fun, seven months later and I'm STILL going! I'm fitter than I've ever been and proud of what I've accomplished. I found out about this place via an advertisement on Facebook. I purchased the 5 class trial period and was hooked from my first class!! It is the most intense workout I have ever experienced. All of the instructors are great and they really seem to care about you. They push you so that you can better yourself, because let's face it, that is what we are all striving for. I LOVE ILKB! I bought the 5 class special a few months back and ended up getting a full year membership. Be warned - it's an intense work out and it is not for the feint of heart!! I still walk out drenched in sweat! But the instructors are awesome - they push you to your limit, are always encouraging, and they always make it fun!!! I'm also in the best shape of my life!!! I have already lost 8 pounds and now building some muscles for the first time in my life! :) This is definitely the push I needed!!!

I Love Kickboxing in Richardson is changing my life one roundhouse at a time. No but seriously, I hired a personal trainer (it was not cheap) and I’ve seen more results in a few weeks of kickboxing than I did in 2 months of personal training. The instructors are personable and funny and everyone is super welcoming creating a family like atmosphere. I’ve done Camp Gladiator, hot yoga, had a gym membership and personal training and I Love Kickboxing is by far, the best workout. You have fun, you sweat like crazy and you get to see your friends and listen to awesome music. What more could you ask for in a workout?

I love this place! I was already working out before I started here, taking other trendy classes like Piloxing Barre, Turbo Kick, and Bolly X. This has easily moved to the top of my list for favorite workouts. The classes are challenging for any fitness level as you push as hard as you can to get better and better. The instructors are great, the studio is nice and clean,and most of all it's a fun way to relieve stress and get fit. I highly recommend ILKB!
