Semcham Painting is a small painting company based in Orlando and as such we are able to handle most any sized project, yet small enough for prompt, sincere personalized service. We specialize in residential, HOA and commercial painting. With years of experience in all facets of the painting industry you can rest assured that we not only possess the experience, but also the technical understanding to address almost any situation.

All of our employees take great pride in our work and profession. We are not just a group of sub-contracted painters working for a “sales guy”. This means when we paint your home this year, if you need anything in the years to come, not only will Semcham Painting …but the same person will most likely be the one who comes back.

We believe in using the best products available and properly preparing the project as well as possible. We do not believe in taking short-cuts or using cheaper products just to save a few pennies. While this means that sometimes we may not be the cheapest, it means we will always stand behind our work.

We never ask for deposit or up front monies. Just a signed quote is all we require. Payment is due when the project is completed and everyone is pleased with the project. We accept all forms of payment including personal checks and all major credit cards.
