Family Dental Choice: Philip Hahn, DDS

Philip Hahn, DDS, is an empathetic and experienced dentist with over 30 years of experience who leads the team at Family Dental Choice. He brings an attentive bedside manner and a refined knowledge of modern dentistry to his patients in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Dr. Hahn grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and earned his doctorate of dental surgery from The Ohio State University. His dental education didn’t end upon graduation, though, as he continued to witness amazing advances in the field of dentistry. Through hundreds of hours of continuing education in study clubs, conferences, lectures, seminars, and reading dental journals, Dr. Hahn has made sure that he stays up-to-date with all of the latest dental techniques. He ensures that all of his patients are offered the most comfortable care and leave his office with the healthiest smile that modern dental technology can provide.
Dr. Hahn believes that dentistry should go beyond treating teeth and should aim to care for the person as a whole. He and his team will spend a lot of time in your visit talking with you about your concerns and what you desire from your dental care. He particularly enjoys helping patients with dental-related anxiety and working with them to make sure their visits to his office are a positive experience.
Dr. Hahn currently lives in Sun City with his wife of over thirty years, Suzie. They have two adult sons who live in Texas and South Carolina, and two adorable grandchildren. In his spare time, he volunteers with the North Carolina Missions of Mercy and the 24 Foundation. He’s also worked extensively with the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
