JRS Custom Homes was established in 2001 by John, Ray, and Stephen Cortez as a full service residential home builder. Our management team has over 45 years of residential and commercial building experience. Having built homes in Fair Oaks, Stone Oak, Timberwood and in the downtown historic areas of San Antonio, we have designed a process that has proven well for us. JRS Custom Homes expanded its business model by adding a remodeling division which has had a tremendous success in our ever changing marketplace. We believe our responsibility to our clients building or remodeling centers on taking responsibility for the people who plan, design, and build the homes that wear our name.
