These days quality mental health treatment is hard to find. I decided to use my skills as a counselor and offer coaching services to allow the client to have their own personal experience regarding treatment, and to focus on their goals, not what someone else thinks their goals should be. There are many different levels of success, and success can mean something totally different from one person to another. I focus on an individual's process and how it is working to reach the client's goal.
