Back on Track Counseling Services

As an addictions counselor, my goal is to explore with you some of the different factors that led you on the path of substance use. These factors can include trauma, boredom, insecurities, family and environment, biological including predisposition and so on. While we can't change situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life that keep you on the path of addiction or abuse of drugs and alcohol. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life. As a doctoral candidate and registered psychotherapist, we can explore anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and multiple other stressors in life that seem to dominate and control your very being.
