Having been a reporter in Eastern Iowa since May 2002 - half of that time as a freelance reporter and half as an official reporter -- I have extensive experience in various areas of the law, including, but not limited to: criminal -- i.e., sensitive subjects such as sexual abuse; juvenile -- including termination of parental rights and abuse of children; medical malpractice; patent infringement; contract law; dissolutions; paternity, custody, and visitation; probate disputes; adverse possession; property tax assessment appeals; workers' compensation, and personal injury.

I can provide realtime transcripts, utilizing your own computer (Please be sure you have Administrator privileges, as some software will need to be loaded) and a WiFi connection. I can also provide daily copies, rush transcripts, and rough drafts. Transcripts can be provided in full-size printed format, and four-to-a-page printed format. Transcripts can also be e-mailed, at no extra charge, in PDF, E-Tran (PTX) or ASCII format. No extra charge for word indexes. Exhibits will be indexed, as well as any requests for documentation or information made during the course of the proceeding. If you are conducting an evidence deposition for use at trial, I will also index any and all objections by either party, for the convenience of the judge ruling on said objections at the time of trial.

All exhibits can be scanned at the time of the proceedings, in color or black and white. I will have all exhibits printed professionally, in color or black and white, as you request.

I travel throughout the States of Iowa and Illinois. I charge no travel fees if I’m traveling 100 miles or less, round trip, from my office. I’m willing to operate outside of traditional business hours, if needed.
