From an early age, owner Falon Billups has always had a passion for working with hair and beauty salons. Falon graduated from The Ohio Academy- Paul Mitchell Partner School. Here, she learned a wide variety of techniques that have shaped her current style and helped her to become a master of her craft.

Recently, Falon relocated to Tampa to open Dream Weave Hair Gallery & Salon Services in early 2013. She and her daughter, Onistless, would like to thank everyone for their support, validation, and investment which helped to make the current services available. Falon invites everyone to visit the brand new salon- she looks forward to meeting you!
