Here at Freedom Seeker Yoga we focus is on achieving health of heart, mind and body with vinyasa flow yoga. Having owned and operated two successful Seattle yoga studios, sold-out retreats locally abroad, been a presenter at the Sun Valley Wellness Festival and run two successful 200 Hour RYT Teacher Trainings, Jaime, founder and owner of Freedom Seeker Yoga, has been described as “a founder, a leader, an innovator and an early adopter” in the Seattle Yoga Community.
