Clear View Equipment Company was established in 2009 by Founder & Owner Randy Agnetti to provide top quality utility locating equipment and expertise to utility locating professionals throughout the eastern United States. Clear View Equipment Company, based in central Florida, represents the next step in Randy’s progress in the Ultility Locating field. Mr. Agnetti founded and successfully managed Pipe Pros, Inc, a company providing ground penetrating radar, leak detection and utility location.
