Raybar Fine Jewelry transitioned into a full-service, brick and mortar storefront in late 2012. For 40 years, we operated solely as a wholesale jewelry manufacturer and service provider. In other words, we were behind the scenes, repairing and designing jewelry for retail jewelry establishments. However, as with most industries, the jewelry business has changed over the years. Consolidations and lower profit margins have squeezed most jewelry stores into an unfortunate business model of "just making the sale." As a result, customer service has suffered, and employee turnover is high. Jewelry consumers are turned off by a steady parade of underpaid and unenthusiastic sales associates with little knowledge about jewelry.

Working with Jerry and Drew was very simply put, a dream! The only thing that surpassed their personalities and professionalism was the end result which was beautiful!! They made this a great experience.

I give Jerry and Drew 1000 stars! My neighbor introduced me to them at RAYBAR after they had made a beautiful custom ring for her. I had recently found an old peachy pink colored gemstone mounted in an unidentifiable object d'art that had belonged to my mother-in-law. I suspected it had come from some antique store many years ago. The stone inspired me to have a ring made. I visited RAYBAR again. That was the beginning of "romancing the stone." It was a super experience. Jerry, Drew, and I worked together to develop a design that eventually incorporated my old stone, some diamonds from another ring I no longer wore, and two new blue-green zircons, within a setting of rose gold. (I traded in some old gold to offset some of the cost of the new ring.) Drew took me through all of the design steps with detailed explanations as well as showing me the final CAD picture. We made little adjustments along the way and had a very good time anticipating the outcome. The ring is stunning. The Raynors are superior jewelers and couldn't be nicer guys.
