One Group began its journey in 2002 starting with the construction of Independent Floors in South Delhi. The Chairman of One Group, Mr. Sunil Kumar Jain, has a vision of providing mass housing and commercial spaces to his clientele. Therefore, by 2006, One Group shifted focus to malls, townships and group farmhouses.
