I had purchased a 2000 Audi Quattro for 3800 in early February . on feb. 23, 2015 I traded in my Audi for a 06 keep liberty ... That said they would give me 2000 $ in trade in value towards the jeep. The also said that I needed more for the down payment and told me that u have 2 weeks 3-9-15 to pay them another 1000$ so I get a text 3-10-15 saying( your downpayment of $1,000.00 was due 03-09-15 car craft auto sales 425-640-0432 ) and (Your payment is overdue. Please call Car Craft Auto at (425)640-0432 to arrange payment options.) I was out of town and tried calling but was not able to get ahold of them so I sent this message (I was under the impression that the payment waa due first... I am out of town at the moment due to a death in the family... I will be back Friday and make the payment and accept the late fine... I am sorry for the mis understanding ) I return home on the 12th at like 3 am and went to sleep . when I woke up my room mate was surprised to see me because my car was no longer parked out side... Thought I left. I immediately thought it was stolen so I called the police . I could not get a hold of the dealership and was never notified that they were going to take the car.I was 3 days late on that payment in which I have text messages saying that I need to contact them to discuss payment details but they did not even give me a chance and reposessed the vehicle. I told them I had the payment and would accept the late fee but the lady refuse to accept any payment and told me that there is no way that that were going to give either vehicle back and that I wasn't able to get my things until I brought the key back also they did not use a repo company to repo the vehicle they just took it themselves because while I was crying about having a repo on my record plus loosing my car the lady said to lol at the bright side that there will be no repossession on my record because they did not use a repo company... plus my interest rate was 38-%
