Let Shinan Michael Lowery put his 32 years of experience to work for you. Shinan Lowery holds Black Belts in Karate, Jujitsu, Kungfu and Taekwondo. He also teaches 5 traditional Japanese weapons, Arnis and the Chinese Straight Sword. Shinan Lowery refers to his system as MTMA or Mixed Traditional Martial Arts. Shinan Lowery is the founder of the YESHUA'S RYU MTMA System and Black Belts for Jesus Association. He has studied under many great instructors from the mid 1970's to the present. Shinan Lowery likes to say "Enough about me, I've got mine; The question is, how can I serve you so you can get yours?"

CMA Martial Arts is committed to providing exceptional martial arts instruction to every student. Each instructor has undergone a minimum of 480 hours of training to earn their Black Belt. In addition to that, each instructor has completed a leadership training program.

We are a non-competitive center specializing in self defense, physical fitness and personal development. Instructors at CMA Martial Arts do not teach for trophies, medals or bragging rights. We seek self enlightenment and a deeper spiritual understanding of ourselves and others through arduous physical, mental and spiritual training while providing the critical skills necessary for you to defend yourself.

Having a Christ like influence on our families and our community is our mission. We teach life skills with a strong emphasis on self discipline and respect for ourselves and others. All instruction is geared toward self defense that can be PRACTICALLY APPLIED! We look forward to helping you develop the BLACK BELT in you.

Knowledge is incomplete without wisdom. Our habits make us who we are. We teach you as if we were working with our own family.
