Harold Simpson started his tour company: Monument Valley Simpson’s Trailhandler Tours, LLC (MVSTours, LLC) back in 1994 as a sole proprietor focusing on what is known as the “8th Wonder of the World” or the “Gateway to the Southwest”—better known as Navajo Nation Tribal Park, Monument Valley located in Northern Arizona & Southern Utah. MVSTTours, LLC leads professional tour services in all aspects of guided tours, entertainment, and Native catering while honoring safety and respect to all within in his business. Mr. Simpson is no stranger to tourism; having been exposed to tourism all his life, it has given Mr. Simpson a full spectrum of what makes his homeland and culture worth sharing. It wasn’t until spending over a decade living in Europe, learning about the diverse culture, lifestyle, and customs of European life, which influenced the idea of incorporating that knowledge into his native cultural tourism business. Mr. Simpson is a firm believer in education and cultural aspects that is shared within his company. His great understanding and passion has opened doors for others enabling them to share a connection between different countries, backgrounds, and heritage—a cultural harmony. Mr. Simpson’s greatest accomplishment didn’t stop there, in 2007 he launched his tour company into the Japanese market. MVSTTours, LLC now specializes in the Japanese market, with prestigious Japanese speaking staff and guides. In addition to the Japanese market, it now has a cooperate office in Las Vegas, NV, a Japanese sales team in Salt Lake City, Utah and a reservations & accountant office in Denver, Colorado. With the year 2015 in full swing, he now does coach bus tours and over-the-road tours into the great western national parks. For the past couple of years, Mr. Simpson has put his greatest focus into international tradeshows with bounds and stride as he now has opened another door—by opening and entering the European market in hopes to continue to promote his homeland and his Native Navajo culture
