John spent 20 years as a Custom Home Builder on Long Beach Island, NJ. John holds a current NJ Home Inspector License no. 24GI00073200 along with his NJ Radon MET no. 12036. Personal: Resides in a circa 1800 farm house in New Egypt, NJ and is the single father of four sons. John enjoys educating and providing essential information to his clients both on site and in written reports. He has an exceptional knowledge base of both new and vintage construction.
