Go for bigger, it's gotta be better than these guys!

This company is a small, family owned company, so I thought I would get the best treatment possible: boy was I ever wrong.

Upon the arrival of the termite crew after my negotiations a week prior with a salesman, they immediately said they had to leave and go "to the hardware store" because they forgot "some cement". Two hours later they returned, saying they figured they would go ahead and take lunch while they were out as well...sheeesh!

The funniest part of it all however, is that 2 trucks came to my house, yet only one guy did all the work while the older gentleman sat in his truck and talked on the phone or ate. The older man also relieved himself on the side of my house under windows that my 2 children could have looked out of!

All I have to say about this company is that if you're wanting to save money, this isn't the company to do it with, because trust me, you get what you pay for!
