One of the windows at my house as well as the patio door needed replacement – highgate door provided some good recommendation advising of what would be best and on the day of the installers were on time and took a little under 3hrs to replace both the window on a 2nd floor and the patio door. Even more impressive than that was the care they took not to make too much of a mess and the clean up job afterwards. Made my life SO much easier.

Excellent doors, just as the sales rep showed us. Also very pleased with the screens and mechanisms - a huge improvement over our 30 year old originals. The installation crew really impressed me. Very polite, very clean, experienced, skillful and they took care to custom fit the framing to our built-in wall units. On a cold day, those hands did excellent work. Bravo!

Professional and polite crew performed the work to replace the 9 windows and 1 patio door. They cropped out rotten wood at my request and replaced vinyl j-trim around the door that was replaced. I am very satisfied.

Highgate door was very professional from the sales man to the installer. We knew how much we wanted to spend and they made it happen. The windows were installed 5 weeks later. We couldn't have asked for a better guy as the installer. He was friendly, polite and explained everything to us. The company was excellent. The sales person and the gentleman that put the window in vacuumed my carpet and the front entrance for that l was very happy. Three young men were in charge of the window replacement, showed up at 9:00am as the company mentioned. My dad and l were very pleased. I would be proud to have them back to replace the other windows.

Overall it was a great job. We had 2 doors done, and the only disappointment was that they weren't installed the same day. Both of the guys who did the installment were friendly, professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. I can't say nice enough things about them.

Over the last few years highgate door has replaced every window and door in our 40 year old home. Today we had our patio door replaced and, as always, the installers were efficient and left my home just as clean as it was when they arrived. The doors (front door and storm door) are fantastic. They turned out perfect and we've already had neighbors stop to say how nice they look. They were both a great deal on sale. The technician from highgate door was able to come out almost right away for a garage door spring repair/replacement. He had to make a quick trip to the warehouse for the parts and came right back. He worked quickly, was very courteous and friendly, and I would highly recommend him.

My garage door spring broke and then I demolished the sensor with a garbage can. Highgate door was able to come out the same day and repair the springs and sensors. The tech was very friendly and helpful, he explained the repairs and the cost was very reasonable! I highly recommend them and will call them for any future door issues.

Start to end a great experience. The bid was clear, itemize, no crazy up selling. Offered a better and best pricing on doors. Good communication throughout. Installers did a full tear out and install in a day and half of 6 doors. Clean up all areas they worked in and clean the glass inside and out. I recommend highgate door for an honest and fair pricing and excellent workman ship.

These guys are prompt, professional, and know exactly what they are doing. I had another contractor hired by my building manager after some glass damage during construction on the building. This other company came 4 separate times and each time it was one issue after another. I called these guys and it was done to my satisfaction in an hour.

I purchased a sliding door and one wooden door which are absolutely stunning. The rep met me at my new home in the rain and waited patiently since I was running late. The old wooden door in my office cabin was not matching with the recent decoration. So, I decided to replace it with a glass door. But I was not willing to spend many. I was really upset after moving to the new apartment when I noticed the glass sliding door which connects to the terrace was jammed badly. But I new highgate door is there to help me. I am an old customer of this company. I just called and asked to send someone to fix the problem. It was Sunday and they still send a guy who took just few minutes to solve the problem and also repaired the damaged part. Most importantly he did not charge me a lot. Bottom line – I am extremely happy with the service and price.
