EVO is an Italian influenced restaurant and lounge in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. It is our mission to provide a unique and fun drinking and dining experience through our service and comfortable ambiance. We are locally owned, serving fresh dishes and offering a large wine selection. EVO is the ideal spot for a Sunday dinner with the whole family, or a romantic dinner with the person you love. Using the highest quality ingredients available for the season, EVO strives to perfect a balance of simple, yet robust flavors. We use recipes true to the northern regions of Italy, including Alfredo, Ragu, Carbonara and Risotto.
