Changing Lives Martial Arts offers pre-school karate kid classes, elementary-aged karate kid programs, family martial art classes, Kickboxing classes, and Krav Maga classes and certification.

ILKB VB is a super fun workout and the instructors are really awesome,fun and cool and make the kickboxing experience fun. The workout is never the same and you always end the workout a different way each time you go. You also get to meet new and fun people each time you go!!!
