We started the Houston location in 2014 to help provide hard money loans to the single family residential investing market in Houston area. We have grown to expanded our hard money loan programs to to include multifamily and commercial investment properties as well.
As a Houston Texas based lender we will fund both the rehab and purchase price of up to 100% of acquisition and rehab costs.
