Fitness 19 gets down to business

I joined Fitness 19 because their prices are much better than some of the other gyms around town. The facility isn't very large and when it gets crowded at busy times of the day it's hard to get in a good workout because most of the equipment is taken.
There are no frills at this gym, so if you're looking for a place that offers group classes, a swimming pool or a sauna look elsewhere. They do have a set of lockers available to place your belongings in while you work out.
They also have trainers on site, I've never used one but from what I've seen they look like they do a good job, and they people seem to really enjoy their training sessions.
I wouldn't recommend Fitness 19 to someone who is looking to start a new fitness routine, but I would definitely recommend them to someone who already knows their workout habits.
