I had to find someone to repair my air conditioner and expected to get hit with a huge trip charge since it was Sunday. Called First Choice Chicago Heating and Cooling because they have Sundays hours and was surprised when Ashley told me they didnt charge extra for Sunday service. They came to the house and he was super friendly, professional, and he took his time explaining what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. After he finished the repair he also took the time to check the temperature coming out of my vents and show me that my AC was working properly now. I appreciate awesome customer service when I see it, and First Choice Chicago Heating and Cooling did a great job. I also appreciated the follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with their service. I definitely was!
