We are a new Fitness center located on the beautifull Eastern Shore in Daphne Alabama. Daphne Fitness is a one of a kind Gym offering a multitude of options for the fitness enthusiest includeing over 23 fitness classes per week which range from sport specific training to Basic boot camps to Core Training. Basic memberships include a full equipment orientation and basic fitness plan but all members have the option to work one on one with one of our profesional personal trainers to take their body to the next level.
