Midwest Restoration's focus is in giving it's customers a quality product at a reasonable price and standing behind it.

Most of our business comes from Angie's List. We have received the Super Service Award for each of the past 4 years. Our goal every year is to win that award and the only way Midwest Restoration can do that is by getting A ratings from the customers that write reviews for our company.

Midwest Restoration respects all of our customers property. When we do a roof replacement we go above and beyond what it takes to protect the houses and the landscaping. We put tarps around the entire house to catch the old shingles and nails, we cover the windows and doors with plywood and we use magnets after we are done to pick up any nails we might have missed. During the new roof installation one of the owners of Midwest Restoration will visit the project several times a day and after the project is complete he will do a walk around the roof to make sure everything is cleaned up and the roof was installed properly.
We stand behind all the new roofs we install with a 5 year contractor workmanship warranty. If your roof would happen to leak you will not have to call Midwest Restoration over and over to get us to come out, we respond with in 24 hours. If the roof leak is caused by faulty workmanship than we will fix the problem and repair any damage the leak may cause at no charge to the home owner.

Midwest Restoration has an outstanding roof repair/roof leak repair department. Our prices for roof repair are very reasonable. We also stand behind our roof leak repair. When Midwest Restoration gives a price to repair a roof leak that price is to fix the leak problem, if the roof keeps leaking after we have done the repair we will come back and try again with out any additional charges.

Midwest Restoration never charges for storm damage roof inspections and all estimates are free.

Midwest Restoration also will give our customers an attic ventilation evaluation free of charge. We can help our customers lower there energy cost by helping them pick the best ventilation system for there attic. We install all types of ventilation systems from adding more vents to the roof and soffits to installing electric and solar powered attic fans. We also replace motors on existing electric powered attic fans.
We will also evaluate the amount of insulation in the attic and install more as needed.

Midwest Restoration also does kitchen, bathroom, basement or entire house remodels. We do window replacement, siding replacement and gutters and down spout replacement.
