From the moment my mom and me stepped into ilovekickboxing studio in franklin square we felt right at home. Anna and Essence were both so welcoming and took time with my mom and me during the first class to teach us all the basic moves. We loved our first class so much that we signed up to become members. The trainers are great and they really push you to get the most you can out of each class. I love how they have different themes as well such as the hawaiian luau. Ive gone from being a couch potato to kickboxing every time im off from work and i cant get enough. All thanks to my new found kickboxing family for keeping me motivated.

Cant stress how happy I am to have come across ILovekickboxing. Classes are amazing and you never do the same workout day after day. The staff is truly amazing and make time fly. It's such an amazing environment. I could walk in feeling horrible and tired but walk out feeling like a whole new person. Truthfully I would recommend taking class here 10 times over. Before Kickboxing I struggled with staying consistent in any workout routine. I Love kickboxing is fun and the staff are welcoming and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable. At the first class an instructor walks you through the routine and provides individualized attention. The workout can be done by people of any level, and with the live DJ you can easily get lost in the fun! They also do fun theme nights like Hip Hop Night and Latin night to name a few. Find a friend and grab some gloves!

I love kickboxing is more than your average gym. Its a fun place to workout. Every class is different and engaging. The team is motivational and supportive of you reaching your goals. I love kickboxing is one of the best decisions I ever made. I joined because I wanted to look my best on my wedding day. I was definitely nervous at first but the staff is beyond amazing and makes you feel super comfortable. I love their high energy. Its just something everyone has to try and I promise you will be hooked.

I love the family here at Franklin Square. The are very welcoming and make working out fun. I joined the family in the beginning because my mother suggested it now I go more often than she does! 5 o'clock is my class during the week, 9 o'clock on Saturdays (if I have nothing planned) and now that there are morning classes on Sunday's that makes it all the more better. It makes it easier to get that 4 or 5 day workout in. The facilities are clean and well stocked for feminine care in the ladies locker room (should the need ever arise) and its greatly appreciated. I enjoy being a part of the Franklin Square family!

I have just recently joined two weeks ago and it was because the environment is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the workout was amazing! This is the best thing I could have ever done, as a new mommy, to help get me back into shape! I wouldn't trade my membership for the world, totally worth it!! iLoveKickboxing changed my life. I was hesitant at first because I hadn’t worked out in a while, but the staff and other members quickly put me at ease. I was very self-conscious but that also quickly faded as I got to know the staff and members. I feel better not only physically but mentally as well. The classes provide much needed stress relief, nutritional information and fun all while doing a kick ass workout! I have been a member since October 2016 and can honestly say I have never walked out of class without a smile on my face. I highly recommend joining!

When I got engaged my goal was to get in shape so I could feel great in my wedding dress. There was just one problem i hated going to the gym. I made the choice to get out I love kickboxing and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The franklin square family is nothing short of amazing. The classes are great and the staff are awesome. They are so motivating. The music is pretty sweet to. In just three short weeks I'm already seeing improvements doing things I couldn't do when I started. When I first started I was unsure about everything and little intimidated. I must say after the first class, I was sooo amazed by everything. The instructors are awesome! They make you want to continue to reach your goal. If you're second guessing yourself about coming to try out kicking boxing. Just STOP thinking and come in! It's such a great class. I reached a low point in my life when I weighted myself at 241 pounds. Couldn't be any worse than that. Then like a miracle I found the ILKB crew in Franklin Square. What a rush! I'm only a month in an people are seeing drastic results! Would recommend anyone looking to lose weight and punch bags. :)

Because of the Team at ILKB Franklin Square NY I lost 17lbs in just 1 month 1/2 SAY WHAT yesssss!!!! .I am stronger and more flexible, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. The results I have achieved to date are largely due to the team at FS. They ensures that my techniques are always correct to avoid any injuries. What I like about the instructors (love them all) is that they knows how to motivate me, they make each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding. I recently switch my membership over to this location because it was closer to my house and the other location was a far commute. However the day I switched over was the best day in my life. The staff at this location is so loving and kind that I felt welcomed and a part of the family instantly. They are there to help you when you have question on posture or even advice on life and tips on staying healthy. I love them so much that I am her more than I am home. The energy is so great here that I just can't get enough of it :).

I've just started month 2 at ILKB in Franklin Square. I am loving everything about this place. I never knew working out could be so much fun or I would have done this ages ago! Every time I walk in, I am greeted by the most supportive and friendly staff out there. They have helped me find a new side to myself that I didn't know I had in me. A confidence that has been missing, and the strength to kick some butt. The energy in ILKB is off the charts. So exciting. I look forward to every single session I attend. They are constantly doing contests and things to keep the members interacting and motivated. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a community of people who all want the same thing, and want to help each other get there.

ILKB-Franklin Square is just awesome! I love the positive everyone brings to the table and how the staff is really there for you. Sophia,Rosy,Natalia,Tanya and Stephen are great instructors. They are all hands on and help you better yourself. After class, you leave feeling refreshed and full of energy. I can feel myself getting stronger and seeing ways i can improve for the next class. They always have health facts at the end of class which is pretty cool . I am ready to get back into shape and know that I love Kickboxing will help me achieve it. Great location, Great Staff/Trainers, Sophia, Tanya, Lisa, Stephen, Natalia, Rosy and Ali, just awesome! Really they are all helpful, encouragable and motivational. Heard about it through my nephew who saw it on Groupon. Went to go try it out and after the first class I was hooked and signed right up -- "say what". Not only are the staffers great but all of us that come to class are just as awesome. Wouldn't change it for the world.

This is by far one of the best places, It's clean and wonderful! All of the instructors are wonderful and are always willing to go the extra mile. I attend classes 3 to 4 times a week it's fun and it's the best workout . I have lost ten pounds in 4 months and I'm already noticing muscle tone all over .when you walk in the door your greeted instinctly it really is a family ! All I can say is that I love kickboxing Franklin square It's the best thing I did for me!!!

I haven't been to any other ilovekickboxing locations but this one is definitely amazing. The staff is the friendliest and makes class fun while having a killer workout. I started with 50 classes that I bought through groupon and ended up becoming a member. The atmosphere is simply great and it makes you want to come back. The facility itself is super clean and everything is very organized. So far I have absolutely no complaints about this location and I think everyone should at least try it once! =)

Every time I passed by ILKBFS I always wanted to go in and check it out. After buying a trial for only $10.00 for 3 classes with free gloves I figured it was worth the try. I joined after my 2nd class and I have been "Addicted" ever since. I cannot say enough about the Instructors. They are ALL awesome and they keep me motivated everyday. They keep me going on a daily basis even when I feel like I cannot go on, they are right there cheering me on pushing me to my limit! When you walk in they greet you like they are your family, not like other gyms that don't even know your name. I can honestly say that ILKBFS has changed my life! Thank you ALL!!!

I LOVE ilovekickboxing – franklin square. The classes are fun and really challenging. The instructors push you beyond what you think your limits are during every class. Seeing the changes in your body as well as your physical abilities makes it worthwhile every time. The increased stamina and physical strength are helpful in other exercises, but it is also helpful in being able to keep up with your kids. There is flexibility in the schedule and the instructors really take an interest in getting you there and helping you achieve your goals.

I was beyond scared and intimidated to go to a class. I honestly didn't think I had what it took to complete a class. Witching 15mins of being in there I felt at home and felt so much support! It is the least intimidating and most motivating gym I have ever been to! The train sets are amazing! Especially Ali, Lisa and Stephen! They have made me feel so good about myself and am looking forward to reaching my goals!

Love it!!! It took me a long time to get myself there but I finally bought my trial package and gave it a shot. The gym is immaculate. I signed up the same day! The staff is awesome and motivating, every class has been an excellent workout and everyone is so friendly, you feel like family. It’s funny how we all complain about burpees but we ALWAYS come back for more LOL. I always look forward to my next class. I recently joined iLoveKickboxing and I love it. I was initially interested because I wanted to learn the martial arts aspect of kickboxing, so I took advantage of the very affordable intro package that included free gloves (Yay!). What I got from the class was more than martial arts; friendly people, fun staff, and a great cardio kickboxing workout. I see a change in my body already, and I've lost 3 lbs in 5 days since I've joined. Amazing results and great people!

Today will be my 4th class going to and I'm excited to go. I go to classes with my sisters and they enjoy them too. The iLoveKickboxing staff is great too. They are always there motivating you, pushing you as well as helpping you with your technique. I must admit, the classes are pretty tough, but by the end of each class you'll realize you can get through them. I definitely recommend others to stop by and try these classes. You won't regret it. I bought a $50 Groupon for 10 classes + new gloves. 1st class was on a Saturday morning. Lisa, Allison and Steve were there to greet me. Three awesome people, I have to say. I sat down, filled out a form, spoke with Ali about my fitness goals. Class starts off with a 15 min boot camp warm up so be ready to sweat, feel the burn and feel like a champ. After that, you stretch and get into kickboxing. During the first class, Lisa was my personal trainer. She walked me through my stance and all of the moves - jab, cross, upper cut, hook, round house kick, front kick, etc. I really appreciated that because, you really need to know what you're doing so you won't injure yourself. First class went so well, I signed up to become a member immediately! I also saved $100 at sign up. You can go anywhere and work out, but I really wrote this review to highlight the quality of people that work in the Franklin Square location. They really made me feel welcome and that played a major part in me becoming a member aside from the killer workout from start to finish. I also met the location manager, Sophia before my second class, and she is great too. I just had my fourth class, every class is different and tough!! I am showing up to workout and Ilovekickboxing.com and they are pushing me to the max!!!

The place is nice and clean.the workout is intense, but you dont think about it because the music and the atmosphere. Just pulls you in. iLoveKickboxing in Franklin Square is conveniently located with parking lots on either side. The facility is brand new and super clean. The workouts are intense but they will modify if needed. The workout itself is vigorous, but manageable; it's PERFECT because you really feel like you've accomplished so much, and you already feel yourself become stronger with every class! There is always music playing when practicing your punches and kicks, and it's just SO MUCH FUN!! The environment is super friendly since you can see determination in everyone's eyes, and always a smile on everyone's face. I saw a trial offer for ILoveKickboxing.com and was excited to see one opening near me. The Franklin Square location is so convenient...right on Hempstead Turnpike, and there is even a parking lot! I signed up for the trial offer figuring that if I didn't like it, it was only three sessions and I'd have a pair of free gloves. Well, it only took one session for me to know that this was the fitness regime for me. Is it tough? Yes, it is intense and challenging. Do I do every single thing perfectly? No, not yet, but I will some day if I keep at it. The entire class is only one hour long and the instructors are so amazing, you barely realize that an hour has gone by. They are knowledgeable, motivating, supportive and FUN! I look forward to my classes, especially hitting and kicking the bag, and I committed myself by joining for a year.

I was losing motivation and I have joined I heart kickboxing and I found a few family. Every coach is supportive and learned my name after my first class. They remember areas that you struggle in and acknowledge when you have improved.The facility is clean and they play great music as you work out to keep you moving.
