Eric installed two 4' x 8' racks in my garage, showed up on time, did a great job, and answered all my questions. They're selling the absolute best racks available (watch the comparison videos on their web site) and you will be very satisfied with your purchase.

There are big differences between the different options for overhead storage. Topp Rax is a superior product and does not sway, bend or flex like the other options. The price difference is minimal. With three small kids, we did not want to take any chances with inferior products made from less steel, fewer cross supports, etc. Craig was a pleasure to deal with. Setting up the appointment was painless. Craig came on time and was very professional. He politely and patiently answered our questions and offered advantages and disadvantages of different installation options. He was never pushy and let us choose after we listened to his explanation. Craig installed the racks quickly and we couldn't be happier with the result. I will be happy to recommend Craig and Topp Rax to all of my friends and family.

We found Craig and his business through an online home improvement blog. People were really happy with the product and its quality. That's how we ended up calling him to install in our garage this past summer. He showed us the difference between his product and the others through the sample he had on his truck. (We were able to verify since our neighbor had gone with the competition.) ToppRax is definitely a stronger and better quality product. You can see it by the additional center supports Craig added to the design. In addition the ""floor"" of the rack is actually completely attached to the frame--something that you don't see in others. It definitely feels more stable and able to hold the weight he claims. He completed installation of our 3 racks in about an hour. He was quick and pretty efficient. His prices were comparable...in fact you would probably be getting more for your money since the quality is better. He leaves his info for you so that you can call him when you move so you can take the system with you. In the end, 4 of our neighbors ended up calling him to come out to install in their garage too.

The company has two partners who run different areas. Depending on where you live, either Craig or Eric will be your go to man. Our garage was in need of some storage space so we decided to have Eric do a home visit consultation. Eric is very passionate and informative about his products. He can tailor and will work with your garage availability/needs. After his efficient and timely installation, we could not be more satisfied and pleased with our storage rack. I was doing pullups on the rack. I don't know if I was more impressed that I could do pullups or that the rack held my weight without even squeeking. Payment: Cash or check only. For what you pay, the value is unbeatable when you consider installation and product pricing. Highly recommend this place for those looking for garage storage.

Nice to deal with, best quality racks i could find on the market, and the prices are equal to lesser quality racks AND include delivery and installation. Wouldn't hesitate to suggest these guys.

We recently moved into our new home and found ourselves in need of some storage in the garage. We considered a number of options but ultimately decided on ToppRax. We're sure glad we did. I called and spoke to Craig about our needs. He was very helpful and we made arrangement s for him to come out. He arrived on the day and at the time we agreed on. He had some suggestions and after we discussed them he installed two Rax. He showed us the comparison between his product and some of the others on the market. I also had watched the video on his website. The ToppRax seems to be a far superior product. Craig was at our home for about 2 hours. He was careful with our things and cleaned up when he was done. We are very satisfied with our ToppRax and are considering getting an additional one. If you want to clean up your garage you should take a look at ToppRax.

Just moved in to a new home and wanted to add some storage to the garage. We decided that the only thing that should go on the garage floor are our cars. I called Craig and he came out on the same day. He installed the large 4'x8' 1000 lb rack in less than an hour. Came back the next day to install another one. He showed up at the time promised and was prompt, professional and really friendly. The racks are rock solid and very nice. I highly recommend his services. Go to his website and watch the videos. Craig installed two racks in my garage within about two hours. He was very friendly and helpful, and gave me all possible options without trying to sell any extras. The racks are very solid and stable, and I am thoroughly impressed! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who is looking for overhead garage storage. It is such a pleasure to walk into my garage now!

Had Craig come out and install a heavy duty rack after we refinished our garage. He was very nice/professional and the rack appears to be very sturdy. I don't doubt the 1000 pound claim at all. I also got a few hooks which hold up my bike and other items. I would highly recommend.

We found ToppRax through a home improvement mailer and based on the reviews here, asked Craig to come out to put in 2 4x8 racks. He was very professional and arrived precisely on time. He confirmed the placement and type of racks we wanted and also explained how the system worked and would be installed. He finished the installation in a little over an hour and they look perfect!. He was very neat and left no mess of any kind; overall we are very happy and would highly recommend him for any racks or garage storage.

Just had Craig out to install two 4' x 8' overhead racks in my garage (1000lb rated) and could not be happier. Racks look great and are very solid looking. Craig is very courteous and professional. He was on time and installed the units within about an hour. The racks themselves are his own design, and are of very high quality, I have seen others but they don't compare to the ones I had installed today. Highly recommend this company and their product. The only downside was that I had to wait a couple of weeks for my appointment as he is that busy! But I think that is a great endorsement of his business. Word has gotten around!

Craig's product and service are superior to anything else I could find on the market. He showed up right on time and installed two racks in an your or less. The racks are powder coated to resist rust, and because every piece is secured to a stud or the frame, it is rock solid and makes sliding bins and boxes on and off the racks hassle-free. Worth every penny.

Craig is knowledgeable and showed me why his product is the best. In my opinion, Topp Raxx has a superior product compared to Safe Racks. Check out the video. He installed 2 racks in 40 minutes. Great efficiency for those who need extra storage.
