With over 20 years of experience in the field, Susan will listen thoughtfully, with deep respect to each and every person to discover what it is that is making you feel stuck and what can be done about it. Specializing in both one on one therapy and couples therapy, she is passionate about helping people by realizing their strengths. Susan also has experience using psychotherapy techniques such as hypnosis, meditation, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help those who are dealing with unresolved traumas that may require more than simply discussing them with a therapist. Due to her keen interest in the mind and body connection, she frequently mixes a lot of Eastern and Western philosophies, doing whatever it takes to help the client.
