Standard memberships include unlimited fitness classes. 12,000 + sq ft state of the art gym/fitness center. Full fitness class schedule including Power Yoga, Inferno Pilates, Full Body and more. Personal training, customized diet plans, Team Conditioning (Strength and Cardio) premium programming, youth fitness programs and a 5 day a week student athlete strength and conditioning program. 7 DAY FREE TRIALS AVAILABLE. WE ARE NOW A 24 HOUR/7 DAY A WEEK MEMBER ACCESSIBLE FACILITY! Staffed Hours are M-Th 5am-8pm, Fr 5am-5pm, and Sat 6am-2pm
