After hearing so many horror stories about moving companies in general, I was nervous using one! Across USA Moving took away all that fear. They were professional, courteous and hard working. Manny was a pleasure to deal with and was calm, patient, polite and flexible throughout our planning and our moving day. We’d use Across USA Moving again without hesitation. We found these guys on lines for a last-second out of state move. There were absolutely no issues or unfortunate surprises. The Movers showed up on time lead by Alex, wrapped everything really well and had my items delivered few days later to my new place in XX. We will definitely recommend Across USA to all.

I just moved last weekend with the help of David and Travis and I can't say enough good things about them. My move was quick and efficient and included taking furniture apart and then rebuilding it at the other end and placing it exactly where I wanted it. It's hard to imagine using the word 'fun' when you are describing a move but these guys really did such a great job and were pretty entertaining too which was a bonus.

I really must say I have no complaints about Across USA Moving. They really had us amazed by their incredible services. My husband and I were very worried about hiring movers to handle this BIG move but they took GREAT care of US!! TX to LA is a far distance and they did it well. Everything that they wrapped look like a huge ball of bubbles, they were so meticulous with the way that they wrapped and maneuvered our large pieces of our bedroom suite. Thanks for taking care of us.

I heard about Across USA Moving from my uncle. So, I decided to use them for my own move. Now after relocating to Memphis, TN from Dallas, TX using Across USA Moving, I have to admit that I made the right choice. They were so good that I did not have to lift my fingers for once. Everything went as smooth as possible. David and his team delivered all my belongings before the allotted time and when I checked the inventory I did not have any reasons to complain. I am also happy with their price.

I have to say that Across USA Moving have the real pros taking care of their business. Recently we moved to Miami, FL from Dallas, TX using Across USA Moving. They served us a lot better than what we were hoping for. It was a very neat, stress free, quick and affordable move in the end. I thank their movers and the sales guy Robert.

WOW, was I impressed with your customer service. This experience was a joy from start to end. Calling your office and speaking with your friendly staff, who offered to send someone over to review my home that day, were just a joy to deal with. The quote was bang on! And the movers, what a bunch of nice and hardworking guys. They really cared about making this experience stress free. We really appreciated having a moving company be so dedicated to our needs! Across USA was hands down the best moving/delivery service I've ever used. The movers were extremely professional and were so easy to work with. They were very fast at getting back to me, arrived for pick up early, and even gave me a ride back to the drop off location. It makes a huge difference compared to most movers I've worked with who are unresponsive, rude and often overcharge. I would highly recommend them.

This was my first significant move as I have always lived in the town where I was born. Moves were made with the assistance of friends. I received a job offer requiring a move from TX to TN. Daniel at the office gave me one of the best quotes and took the time to explain everything to me. Alex showed up with his crew as schedule to pick up our belongings. My friend gave me their number when I asked him if he knows and good moving company. I called Across USA and talked with their sales rep. He was attentive and responsive to all my questions. He was smartly taking notes of my requirements and offered me an attractive deal. I took the offer immediately and assigned them for my move. But I was little worried about the move because the movers had to deal with some very old, vulnerable and sensitive stuffs. When they began, I realized that they would be able to move all my stuffs perfectly and they did not let me down. Movers were simply brilliant and they managed to execute the move without a single mistake and within the allotted time. That is why I am impressed like anything.

Many huge thanks! I am writing this review today to tell everyone that Across USA team did a great job on our move. We were not disappointed in anyway with the service we received. We found the movers to be very professional and reliable. Alex and his crew showed up on time, they worked very efficiently, and their charges were exactly as per their quote - with no unpleasant surprises whatsoever. Great experience! I really liked the crew that came to my house they were so polite. On the pickup and the delivery, they were really great. The sales rep was very friendly and knew his job very well, very helpful on the phone. Across USA may not have the cheapest rates, but they have a very professional team and great services! I recommend them highly.

We hired Across usa movers to move our spinet, it was a fairly straightforward move. But its still nice to have a company do a good job without dropping or tipping the piano over. We will use them again.

During what one may consider a trying time my rep was not only well qualified in his field, but gracious and helpful at all times. Made and kept all appointments on time or early.
