Simply put, our mission is: To be the defining provider of essential and luxury technologies focused on improving the lives and livelihood of our clients. Whether it’s new construction, a renovation, or a simple retrofit – the devil is in the details. We know that the quality of the end result is directly proportional to the quality of the design. We also understand that technology and design are not focused on a single point in time; as your needs evolve, so must your home. At BTA, we are not only degreed Engineers, but we are Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS). We understand that we must marry form with function, and adapt to the natural evolution of your needs as well as the needs of those visiting your home.

Reliability, Support, and Evolving Technologies
We get it. Nothing is more frustrating than tech that does not work when you need it and the inability to leverage emerging technologies without significant effort. It’s easy to say we are focused on preventative maintenance and remote support, and we are. But we also know every home is unique, and we understand how difficult it is to get answers from someone who has never been to your home and has no idea what’s in it. Beginning with its very first project, BTA built an extensive document library for every home, every project, and every service call. We keep records for homes that change hands, and those that don’t, and we constantly update our records after every interaction. When you need support, or it is time to consider an upgrade, BTA delivers outstanding results with confidence, speed, and agility because we planned for it.
