John and his entire team provide outstanding service and support to our managed services organization. Over the last three years we constructed two Help Desk facilities and they were there to make sure all our network and workstation cabling projects were successfully and professionally installed without delay. The work was performed expertly. The technician was thorough and suggested ideas to make the installation look professional as well provided equipment that would allow me to expand in the future should I choose to do so. I am an I.T. Director here in Southern California and was so impressed with their work that I am going to use them as a vendor for work in my 3 business offices. They do everything from Audio Visual, to Network Cabling to Digital Signage installation etc...In a nutshell, I was one very happy camper with this company.

I cannot say enough good things about John Franklin and the crew at Satcom Service. They were very thorough, professional and very knowledgeable about the entire process. With all the chaos that typically surrounds new construction these folks were a breath of calm fresh air. They respected our budget and provided solutions that were easy to comprehend.
