Dewey's Bakery

Since opening in 1930, Dewey’s Bakery has been baking traditional favorites such as Moravian Sugar Cakes, Devonshire and Grandpa Coffee Cakes, Moravian Lovefeast Buns and Moravian Cookies. Blue Ridge Ice Creams recently joined Dewey's, and now an array of ice cream, gelato, and sorbet flavors are available daily.Faithful to the origins of these time-honored classics, Dewey’s still bakes in the homemade tradition, using original recipes and the finest ingredients.
