I have had a few bad experiences, but then I had a chat with Bonnie Anderson at accounting. she was the best accountant there, she took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Our community has employed Property Advantage for our HOA Property Management Company and Nicole Norman is our manager. She is very efficient and very helpful when I call her regarding any issues with our community. She handles everything with the utmost professionalism that is why I rated her with a five star rating. This is the best apartment complexes I ever lived in, the management olive/Sarita is great and the service for repairing is great as well. I have been a client of Property Advantage for many years. My contact is Sylvia Campos who works out of the Carlsbad office. She is very professional and easy to work with. When my unit became empty and I needed to find a tenant to rent it, she got on it immediately, advertising and screening potential renters. Because of her knowledge and expertise, my condo only sat vacant for 5 days. I am lucky to have her as my liaison between myself and the tenants. At one point I was thinking of changing management companies, but because of Sylvia I stayed with Property Advantage and am glad I did!

Julie was great at helping me get into my apartment. She was willing to discuss changes with the landlord like putting in a ceiling fan and allowing me to paint an accent wall if I wanted. This company has a cool website that allows you to pay rent online with reoccurring payments which is helpful for people like me that forget when the first of the month rolls around.

Our property manager here at olive is great! She has turned this property around! She really works hard for the residents and try's to understand we work pay check to pay check. Since this property has been under new management, Sarita has been though a lot. But she keeps a smile on here face while these residents beat her down due to changes out of her control.

First off i have to be honest i was a little skeptical about this company because initially it was a little difficult to get a hold of the Realtor, but as soon ad we did Laura Rivas and her oceanside office location helped us greatly in finding an amazing location to live in Carlsbad. Initially we were looking at a different property which we did not get approved for, but Laura Rivas was able to approve us for an even better location at the same price. Throughout our move Laura was able to help with all our issues from the change of the dishwasher to sending in a plumber and carpet cleaning company when there was a small flood in the kitchen. Even though we had several little issues with the property initially, Laura had always been quick at helping us out when it came to concerns about the property. Over all up to now it's been a very pleasant experience working with Laura Rivas and her oceanside office.

After writing my previous review, the owner of Property Advantage called me and talked with me about the issues I have had since moving in. He was very kind and is making sure I will be reimbursed for the extra hour I had to have movers at my house due to the lock on the garage. They have been prompt with all my maintenance requests as well. We'll see how things progress as our year long lease progresses and ends!

I've had the pleasure of working with Nicole Norman at Property Advantage. She is a new employee, and I have been very delighted to work with her on my landscape sites. She is friendly with me as a vendor, and to the clients. She listens to their needs, and looks for a solution to their problems. I am very pleased with my new apartment at Olive street apartments. The property manager Sarita is awesome. When my husband applied for the apartment there wasn't any availiable units at the time, but Sarita kept in touch with us and got us in a unit within a month. The property is very clean and peaceful. This is a great place to stay. Our upgraded unit is a plus.

I called one of their managers, Julie Dong, on a property I found listed and she called me back almost right away and was unbelievably helpful. The property I had called on was already leased but she showed me two other properties one of which I just ended up leasing. She honestly bent over backwards to help me in anyway she could and I am beyond appreciative for all she did for me. I highly recommend this property management company to anyone! thank you Julie!

Laura Rivas was great. Got me into my beautiful apartment in one day. She was able to get it cleaned and had all maintenance repairs done within 24 hrs. She did suggest to take pictures and write down anything I found wrong with the new place. She was very helpful and prompt with returning phone calls.
