I just went to get a peel from here, and I'm always so happy with the results. I always remind myself that the medical grade products and her experience is worth the little bit of pain that comes with a peel lol. Marsia is always dependable and professional. She explains what she is doing, what the benefits of her work are, and she doesn't leave me confused. I always leave with an understanding of what I received. I never had bad acne as a teenager, but I'm paying for it now with adult acne in my 30s. SIGH. She does great work though, and my results last for a month! I won't go to anyone else.

I have been seeing Marsia for my lash extensions for years now. She's wonderful! I will admit, I have tried other people and they just don't do it like she does. You can tell she is experienced and cares. Of course she does all my facials but that's a given. Her expertise is hands down, unbeatable.

I've been going to see Kao for many years now(by the way, if you haven't checked out Serene Step Massage yet, you're missing out!). She recommended I try Marsia's services, and I can't thank her enough. I've seen Marsia twice now and she hasn't disappointed me. She's so knowledgeable and I love the way she works! So precise and I feel like she genuinely cares about my well being, and that I'm not just another number. I can't wait to get my permanent makeup done next week.

Every time I've had a treatment with Marsia, I've thoroughly enjoyed it. She's well educated in what she loves to do, and I appreciate how much she cares for my skin and health. I'm at a point in my life where I can no longer buy useless gifts for friends and family, so I usually gift them facials or massages. And now that she is next door to a wonderfully talented massage therapist, Kao at Serene Step Massage, the gifts will be doubly sweet!

I wish I found Marisa sooner! She is so patient with all my questions, explains in ways that I can understand. I've only been seeing her for about 3 months now, and I can already see improvements. My husband says he can tell that whatever it is she is doing, its really showing. She pays attention to detail. It's like I didn't know what quality work was until now. Thank you for making me feel better about myself!

I only trust Marsia with all my waxing and facials. I love that she is always on time and ready for me--I always hated it when other people schedule you for a certain time and you're waiting in the lobby with 2 other people who are scheduled for the same time. Who else hates that? I can't wait to get permanent makeup done soon. My friend has gone to her for her eyebrows and they look amazing.

I've been all over Birmingham, tried so many other estheticians (I've moved a lot), and none of them are like Marsia. I'll drive 35 minutes to see her! Never makes me feel like I'm just a number, she is not only knowledgeable, but caring. She's taken care of my skin for years and always knows what I need. I'm looking forward to making my time out to see her even better now that she is right next door to a skilled massage therapist. Koa is just the perfect complement to her facials and I can't wait to go back to see them both.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Marsia's work. I started with peels and facials, but that's really just the tip of the iceberg. You can see she cares about what she does. The spray tans I've received in the past are unreal! So many compliments! I look forward to seeing her every month. Do yourself a favor and check her out!

My wife and I wanted to do something relaxing as a couple while we were visiting family, since we're from out of town, and my wife made me try out a facial and massage with her. I can not stress enough how much I DON'T regret it! My wife and I really enjoyed our facials and massages. Both experiences were so soothing and relaxing, and in such a great atmosphere. Above all, the professionalism and service we received were superb! We couldn't have asked for any two better people to give us a day in paradise. We'll be back, every time, when we visit Alabama! Highly recommended!

It took me a long time to try out this men's facial that my lady gifted me, but I'm glad I did. Marsia helped me understand how to take care of my skin. I had a bit of some acne issues, didn't know what was going on. She helped me without making me feel like I was just getting some girly face treatment. She works next door to this girl who does Ashiatsu, and it's the best massage a man can get. Deep and relaxing, at Serene Step Massage.

Marsia always knows what to do when it comes to my skin. She's particular and consistent with all her facials, peels, and waxing. I would recommend her to you any day! I had a full set of eye lash extensions done and I am very pleased with my result. I was not rushed in or out and made to feel important. This was my first experience with extensions and it was an amazing one . Will be going back for permanent cosmetics.
