These guys are great! Mac issues are really not that often, but when they happen, is great to have a reliable team to call and that you know they will give you the fastest most reasonable solution. They have been taking care of my mac computers for a few years now and I'm not planning on looking for anybody else. Always attentive, available, with great service and reasonable pricing. I've even recommended clients to them and they came back very happy. Thanks Daniel and all your team! Keep up the good work!

IT Training, Set-up, Upgrade, and Troubleshooting. Services performed: Installation for connection to hospital's secure access VPN to medical records and netportal. Training on use of built-in dictation to replace medical voice recognition software. Installation for concurrent use with MS Windows. Recommendations for future upgrades.

Genius bar said forget data -- hard drive totally shot. Called one of the "starred vendors" on this list; said w.out seeing computer, needs clean room (which obviously does not exist on south beach), no way to tell what $$ will be. Escobar gave me a reasonable flat fee (under $300), clear expectations, and delivered on those expectations. They gave me an accurate assessment w/in 24 hrs of the situation... Most importantly, I got all my data back.

I recently had my computer malfunction, and after taking it to apple, I was informed the my hard drive was in need of exchange and that data recovery of my hard drive would have to be done by a consultant. I initially chose Proactechs because of their excellent reviews and proximity to my home. The excellent service was confirmed at the initial phone call. Daniel was flexible and accommodating to assess my computer. I will admit, I was a little freaked out at the thought of losing 10 years worth of papers, book chapters and lectures but Daniel and Gonzalo assured me that they would do everything possible and spend as much time needed to retrieve my data. If you google data recovery and cost it ranges from $200-thousands depending on the time but escobar solutions offers a cheap flat rate data recovery. Proactechs did such an excellent job at the data recovery that I had them change out my hard drive. This place gives you that "Mom and Pop" feel but with the "knowhow" of an large corporation. I truly had the feeling they wanted to "help me out" and not just looking to make a buck or capitalize on my problem...that was confirmed with my experience.

I had an emergency and the Apple Store recommended that I consult Proactechs. I called and was transferred immediately to the Consultant. I was very surprised by the level of responsiveness, technical knowledge, patience and above all, the creative way the Consultant solved the difficult technical problem I encountered. This is the third time I've worked with Proactechs. We have a mixed network of Macs and Windows VM's, and Daniel knows what he is doing with both. The first two times were emergency situations where he made himself available very quickly to get our network up and running. Today was a preventative maintenance / backup drill that assured me that our data is secure. I would highly recommend them.

I have an older laptop that still works well for me, my screen dropped out in the middle of an assignment and these people provided competent and speedy solutions whereas others, including the Apple Store, threw me under the bus. I would not hesitate to hire them again for a more quiet, competent service that is more old school and less retail.

Daniel and his team were absolutely fantastic. It was a pleasure to work with them. My hard drive on my MAC died and I needed to retrieve all of my info as well as replace the hard drive. Daniel had it done in two days! They're pricing seemed fair and he worked efficiently to get it done. My computer was given back to me actually upgraded and runs even better than before! They were very professional, pleasant and in communication with me every step along the way. I would absolutely use them again, should I ever encounter any further issues. And I would absolutely recommend Proactechs to anyone that needs help with their Mac.

I spelled water on my laptop , the laptop was death , my only hope was to recovered my data from the hard drive, next day Daniel called me saying that the laptop was working and I have to pay only for the maintenance fee $99. They saved me almost $900, $229 data recovery, plus $800 to fix the laptop. Thank you Daniel

The team of Daniel and Gonzalo were wonderfully responsive to my problem which was to rid my MacBook of errant programs that had taken over the operation of the computer. In addition they were very helpful in recovering my access to the iCloud for which I had misplaced not only the password but also the security questions. My early attempts to get some assistance from various online connections with Apple were not successful; it was a great relief to find Proactechs who could provide the expertise in person. Even better, they are within walking distance of our apartment. I am recommending them to all my Mac family and friends.

In these two and half years working with the guys at Escobar Solutions it has saved me from becoming the IT guy in my office. After the initial setup of our server with email in our office and file sharing. They come when we call and fix the problems that everyone in the office has, from phones to server backup. I had them even install a survilance system with cameras for the warehouse. Before them I had to stop what I was doing whenever the printer had a jam or the internet dropped. Now I can focus more on what I need to do instead of all the IT problems that come up on daily basis. We have a medium appliance warranty processing warehouse with a Mac server and 10 iMacs plus some Macbooks. I have have nothing but good things to say about the service we have received Daniel and his team.

I recently made the transition from an old PC to a new MacBook Air and required much assistance.
