J.M.H. Contracting LLC does not discriminate to or from any type of client. Just as important your projects are, so are the ones of these clients that you try to avoid. For example, the one home owner who keeps telling you how to frame a wall your installing. You don't avoid the job, add extra costs to the job, this is a individual who has worked there whole life to have the house they reside in. More than you think, a home improvement to your average client could take those clients (3) years to save for. Furthermore I feel they have a wright to be questioning if they are uncomfortable. Your job also as being a professional is to explain and instill that they will get the best craftsmanship possible. If there not happy you wont complete the job till they are happy. One, this puts reinsurance in the clients mind which is the most important. Two, believe it or not this client will get out of your hair and let you do your job. Just always remember, the client is always wright.
