We include the cost of rough materials, building permits, debris removal and all labor costs. The homeowner purchases the finish products, which they select from a retailer of their choice. We do not subscribe to the practice of making money from the cost of materials. We do inform our customers how much to buy of each item and suggest retailers that have a good reputation for the product(s) being purchased.
