About Bad Boys Construction LLC we have handled a wide variety of residential projects for clients in New Orleans and many other cities in Louisiana. If a client does agree with our price, we start with a Contractor Agreement for the clients and General Contractor and clients. How the Progress Payments work: The Payments of Contract Price shall be made as follows; the Client must pay the us half of the money in advance for to buy materials to start the first task of work of any task or project being done on the property and the rest of the payment at the completion of each task being done for the Client. Than we keep the client update with phone calls, sending pictures to email or mail however the client will like to let them know how the job being done every week. We only take check or credit card to show documents on your payment.
