R Brand Homes was founded November 2010 by father and son, Dave and Mike Rosendale. The company organized and incorporated in January of 2011. R Brand Homes represents their company with their logo honoring the heritage of the Rosendale family.



R Brand Homes is a member of the Orland Park Chamber of Commerce, and the Joliet Chamber of Commerce.



R Brand Homes was awared "Best of Houzz" 2014 and 2015. You can even read some of our reviews on houzz.



The company was even a featured contractor on DIY Network's Kitchen Crashers tv show! Episode 501 - "Glowing Countertop Kitchen"
