Superb work by David. Thank you! From the beginning of the project Seven Custom Homes took great interest in listening to our wishes and wants. They had plan of everything before the formal contact signed, they researched, suggested and discussed with us on all issues. Their working principle is amazing every square foot they managed to provide maximum storage and bedrooms designed were so beautiful. They solved the issue for how the natural light should come into the home with proper illumination and fit our furniture and other wood items in the newly build home very accurately. The construction work was under the supervision of David Lyne who is no doubt a highly skilled professional and he turned our home with his mind blowing designing skills into what we were exactly wishing. We had no budget or scheduling issues so the final project resulted in high quality of craftsmanship. Great builder!

Feeling so great.. finally we have our dream home.. We had interviewed many builders for our custom home but couldn’t get satisfied with most of them however we had luckily got seven custom homes having everything in their mind what we wanted. David and the team were very conscious and hardworking during the project. Their wonderful craftsmanship and concept to build home on budget was more than a client could expect from a home building company. Better results with utmost satisfaction. I provide doors and windows for almost all of the projects done by Seven Custom Homes.. We have been working for around 3 years. Their every project completed has a beautiful result finally, they provide better quality doors and windows for their client. Wide variety of windows I have been providing to various builders but for seven custom I have always been asked to provide Anderson wood Windows.
