The History of our Industry:

The birth of the inflatable industry, had its origins in the eastern block countries of the Soviet Union. Manufacturers of military tents used by the U.S.S.R also manufactured thousands of military vehicles and aircraft which were placed in strategic locations to create the illusion of force. After the crumbling of the Berlin wall, and the following dissolution of the Soviet Union, individuals working in the state run factories immigrated to California, where they undertook the task that would become creating the first inflatable Astro Jumps (Jumpers, Moon Bounces, Jumpees, Brinkolinas, Party Jumpers, Bouncy Houses). The industry grew into a major entertainment and birthday party rental business nation wide. Early Jumps copied many characters from Sanrio, Disney, Nickelodeon, and Marvel. Law suits and litigation quickly followed, resulting the major manufacturer in California: Funny Jumps, to close down, and have their inflatables seized. People working for this manufacturer, spread out on their own throughout the San Fernando Valley, and built the business into what it is now. Today, most of the elaborate Astro Jumps of all sizes are distributed throughout the world. From 2008-2014 over Two million six hundred thousand Astro Jumps were manufactured world wide.Budget Jumps entered the Astro Jumps arena in 2001, and has been providing San Diegans with Inflatable Bounce houses and inflatable amusement needs for fourteen years, and has an outstanding reputation in the Jumper Industry. We offer a variety of jumps and other inflatables, for a multitude of occasions.
