Waco Title Company proudly serves the abstract, title insurance, and real estate closing needs of Arkansas and Missouri. Originally founded in Springdale, Arkansas in 1885, Waco has grown by opening new offices and acquiring established title companies. Waco employs over 160 highly skilled professionals (including two in-house attorneys) and is comprised of 18 locations. Additionally, Waco maintains in-house title plants in each market we serve. For the past 8 years, Waco has won Citiscapes Magazine’s “Best of” award for Best Title Company, and Waco was a finalist for the 27th annual Arkansas Business of the Year Award. Waco has recently received Best Practice certification from the American Land Title Association and is currently the only title company in Arkansas and Missouri to receive this designation as the result of a third party audit.
