Our facility is the most unique spa in Colorado. Russia is the only place you can find this style of therapeutic treatment.
Many spas use generic treatments targeting only relaxation. Banya Spa, however, prefers a centuries-old European tradition. The spa uses the power of steam and heat to cleanse and ease pain. A private mosaic-tiled steam room, heated marble benches, and wood oak-paneled sauna. You have the option of wet or dry-salt heat, utilized to boost circulation.
The heat-focused treatments open up pores to help the occupants work up a healthy sweat; until a cold-water plunge washes that sweat away and provides an invigorating jolt. Sauna lifts tension from muscles and joints, expert therapists then provide massage and/or platza. Combining a sauna treatment with your massage will maximize the benefits of your massage and create a lasting relief.
