THIS S A SCAM!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!! After Mike Bedient cashes your check, he will no longer answer your phone calls or emails, you will never get any services. Citywide stated they offer a live lead transfer system for loan officers. They stated the following in their service agreement: Include with Promo LaunchPad program No less than Eight (8) funded loans in 60 days with initial LaunchPad program. Seller hereby warrants the ability of the Service to in fact increase Buyers closed sales. Seller warrants the Services, Once fully utilized. In the event Buyer does not obtain the warranted number of closed sales between the commencement and a sixty (60) day period following the conclusion of the Services. Buyer shall be entitled to continue the marketing services or refund of fees paid for the marketing services. In the event, Buyer elects to receive a refund. All refunds are based on our terms of service: (i) Buyer, must request the refund from the Seller within ninety (90) days of the conclusion of the services. (ii) Seller will refund funds within a seven (7) day period. (iii) Buyer, will not be permitted to utilize any additional solutions provided by Seller. (iv) If Buyer, is found to have misrepresented the closed sales obtained via LaunchPad service, Buyer agrees to pay the cost set within this agreement for all closes obtained. I mailed them a check for $998.42 on 06/01. After they cashed my check, they stop returning my phone calls and will not answer my emails. No leads have been transferred to my office to this day.

We looked long and hard before choosing Citywide Advantage. The decision is one with which we are very pleased. From initial concept through to design and going live, Steve and his team identified our needs and came up with the right solutions.
