If i can give negative star i would. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The owner is Dennis Regan and he is a dishonest and unethical person. He will seem nice and give a low estimate. Then starts collecting money before he even starts the job. Then he doesn't show when promised and keeps making excuses. Then he does the job but adds more charges. The work wasn't done properly so we called him back since he says he guarantees his work. What a bunch of lies. We tried to get a hold of him but he wasn't answering our calls. So tried another phone and he answered. He lied and said he will come by but never showed. Yet again he doesn't answer and now totally avoiding us. Estimate started around 400 and was up to 800; worst part is we still have the original problem. So we don't think he did anything but slab concrete which looks unprofessional and a mess. Save ur time and money and stay away from this guy. There is one positive review online which was written by himself Dennis Regan. Unfortunately we recently realized he is unlicensed; his address is his home and phone is his cell. Worst experience ever. dennis regan previous or other business names are abagale chimney, do it right chimney, precision chimney and roofing, acorn chimney and roofing, allied chimney and roofing, abc contracting, and many more. they all have the same address 95 hardwick lane wayne nj. he is a con artist.
