These people are scammers. Google their company and you will find HUNDREDS of people complaining about being sent fake $70 invoices for "website backup." Interestingly, you will also find a sprinkling of recent "five star" reviews saying how wonderful they are, no doubt from agents of the scammers and the scammers themselves. Think about it. Your web site host ALREADY backs up your web site. For free. Why would you hire these numbskulls? Very legitimate looking invoices and a nice looking web site (with email links that don't function). I'm sure they've tricked more than a few harried business people into paying their fake invoice. Don't be fooled.
