Who We Are



Hickory Building and Remodeling, LLC (HB&R) proudly boasts over 50 years combined experience in the art of carpentry, with a well-rounded skill set that has served and continues to serve it's customers well. A strong military background and a commitment to civil service, demonstrated by our services to both our country's military and community fire departments, emulates the core values of Hickory Building and Remodeling, LLC.



Joseph Fazzari, founder and owner, develop a passion for carpentry and began building on job sites with his father at a young age. After a four-year commitment to the United States Marines Corps, he and co-founder, Beau Ray, also recently discharged from his service with the United States Army, created Hickory Building and Remodeling, LLC in 2001. Beau Ray, also learned carpentry from his father at an early age, and further continued his education by attending Carpentry Trade School as a young man.



As the company grew, HB&R reached out to close friend, Kosi Woods, to join the crew. His Carpentry Trade School education and years served as a Union Carpenter have proved invaluable, especially with regard to building new-construction homes and complete row-home renovations.



Jeffrey Boyle, the most recent hire, has provided HB&R with invaluable professional and business-oriented skill. As a graduate of Drexel University, his past management experience and commitment to personal and professional development have proven invaluable to the company and its customers both in the office and in the field.



In addition to our talented core team members, HB&R has a complete team of experienced, reliable subcontractors specializing in electric, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, drywall, and roofing. This comprehensive team approach further enables Hickory Building and Remodeling, LLC to provide the client with a superior product that demonstrates both long term usability and craftsmanship.
