Clemente started painting at the age of 16 during summer vacations and then went to work for Dunn-Edwards Paints as a delivery driver then worked his way up to lead tint man and eventually became a outside sales representative building a territory of $1.8 million a year in sales. After 15 years with Dunn-Edwards Paints went on to Glidden Professional Paints as a sales representative to bring in $1.2 million in sales after 2 years. With much Customer Service, sales, product and paint application knowledge Clemente decided to leave many years of sales and flip sides to work as a panting contractor.
